As in previous years, BI provider Qlik was able to convince the participants in this years BI & Analytics Survey conducted by BARC and achieved the leadership in numerous categories.
In its BI & Analytics Survey, BARC asks more than 2500 Business Intelligence users, analysts and IT experts each year about their experiences and preferences in the BI sector. This makes it the world’s largest and most comprehensive survey in this area. The independent study examines the customer experience in selecting and using BI products based on 36 criteria (KPIs), including business benefits and value, project success, customer satisfaction, innovation and competitiveness.
Qlik got 11 number one rankings and 44 leadership positions in four peer groups. In addition to top rankings in eight categories for large international BI vendors, Qlik also won two categories (analysis and competitiveness) in the self-service analytics category and in the competitiveness category for products with a focus on embedded analytics.
Analytics experts also attribute superior performance to Qlik Sense data visualization software for gaining new and efficient insights. Overall, more than 90% of respondents are satisfied with the product and would recommend it to others.
