For more productivity in specific analyses in Dynamics 365 Business Central, the search and saving of pages with document lines has been optimized with the latest release.
For specific analyses in Business Central, users often refer to various pages with non-posted and posted document lines. Since the introduction of the current version, these can also be found via the in-product search field. In addition, corresponding links to the respective search results can be saved as bookmarks on the start page of the role center. After saving, these are located in the upper navigation menu.
Views with predefined filters and sorting can also be added here. In this way, it is easier to access the original or even a filtered view of the searched documents, which saves time and thus increases productivity.
In the in-product search field, the following pages can now be searched for, which are listed here according to their document type.
